Creative Incubator 16/16

16/16’s owner and creative director Tushar Hathiramani lives and works in Lagos with his sister, Sanya, with whom he manages the facility together.

16/16 is an art gallery, a coworking office, a creative hub, an exhibition venue and, most recently, a restaurant called Thai Thai. “It is an airbnb and a creative incubator space. In essence, that’s just kind of fancy language for ‘I had a space, and then I filled it with all the things that I love,'” explained Tushar. Sanya summarized it further. “More than anything, now it’s a space for ideas.”
